Work on the First problem therein:
Practical Problem Set #7: Hidden Markov Models

Replace the third bullet in the last paragraph (link at chr22_10k.fa is not working)
with an at aleast 5,000 bp long real genome (nucleotide sequence) of your choice from 
the Swissprot database. Must mention the genome's ID.

As you write the answer (hardcopy), mention who (one or more persons) in the group worked 
on that problem. Using the umdhmm package is ok.

THE ASSIGNMENT IS EASY BUT MAY NEED TIME TO SOLVE - DO NOT PROCASTRINATE!
