Contents:
   This is an advanced topics database course focused on spatial databases
   The course will be conducted as a research seminar.
   Course participants will be required to identify, read, discuss, and
   present  relevant  journal and conference papers.
   Based on these papers, participants will be expected to identify, discuss,
   and develop research problems, as well as corresponding solutions.
Grading:
   Throughout the semester participants will be required to give two
   presentations on a journal and/or conference paper. In addition, students
   will be required to write a paper on a relevant topic.
   Final grades will be determined based on each participants performance
   on the tasks mentioned above, as well as relative to the performance of
   other people in the class.
