Roles of Advisors

- the team designs and develops a "product" that the client would like

- guides and evaluates the project & team

- pinpoint what the client wants and doesn't want
- identify potential issues not considered by the team ("Did you consider ... ?" "What about ... ?")
- find solutions
- consider backup plans ("What if ... ?")
- modify goals (usually narrowing the scope)
