Abstract

From 2024 to today, ChatGPT has evolved from a conversational assistant into a family of increasingly agentic systems that can reason, act, and operate across tools and environments. This talk traces that arc at a high level, introducing ChatGPT Agent as the shift toward goal-directed, multi-step autonomy; Operator as the bridge between language models and real-world interfaces, workflows, and actions; and CUA as the emerging foundation for computer-use and environment-level interaction.
