  - Showcase Poster Template
    - Generally use bullets/figures/pictures, instead of long sentences--think what a judge would want to see/know. I suggest:
    - a. Goal and Motivation: Why is your project interesting/useful/important potentially for a large group of people (not just you)? What are the "pains"/problems that your system is designed to help solve?
    - b. Approach/Features: With your system, what can the users do (ie. accomplished key features/functionalities)? Bullets with screenshots/pictures/plots/...
    - c. Design/Implementation: How did you accomplish your system? System architecture, algorithms, tools, ...
    - d. Evaluation Results: How well does your system function? "measurement of success"--performance/speed/accuracy/userSurveys/...
    - e. Limitations and Improvements: What can't the system do? How can the system be improved?
  - 4/24/2025, 10am-4pm: exhibit set-up
  - 4/25/2025, 8:30am-3:45pm: Showcase; 4pm Award Ceremony (Gleason); 5-7pm afterparty (Crawford Greens)
    - dress is "business casual/formal or team attire", wear comfortable shoes (you will be standing)
    - if you are looking for a job, bring a few resumes
    - at least one member should be there, no need to skip classes
    - if none is available, put up a sign to say at what time you are available
